Screeching Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Stuart Griffin first released in Oct, 2006 in the set Time Spiral and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's a key card in 1 combos.
A deck focused on milling your opponent would benefit from Screeching Sliver, as it provides a repeatable mill effect for all Slivers. While this card can synergize well in a Sliver tribal deck, there are better options like Mesmeric Sliver or Mindwhip Sliver that offer more impactful milling abilities. Overall, Screeching Sliver could see play in a casual Sliver-themed deck, but may not be optimal for more competitive environments.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
