Sarcomite Myr could be beneficial in a blue artifact-based deck looking to generate card advantage and potentially have a flying blocker if needed. However, there are likely better options available for similar effects, such as cards like Trinket Mage or Treasure Mage that can search for specific artifacts, or cards like Filigree Familiar that provide card draw and life gain. Sarcomite Myr may not see widespread play in competitive decks but could still find a home in more casual artifact-themed decks.

Sarcomite Myr is an artifact creature, just like Ornithopter. The only difference between this and any other artifact creature is that Sarcomite Myr is blue since it has blue mana in its mana cost.
