This card could benefit a control or combo deck that focuses on generating mana and protecting key pieces. While Rasputin Dreamweaver offers versatility with mana generation and damage prevention, its high mana cost and vulnerability to removal make it less efficient compared to other options like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV or Teferi, Time Raveler in competitive play. However, in a casual or themed deck centered around dream counters or unique abilities, Rasputin Dreamweaver could certainly see play for its flavorful and fun gameplay.
