About Punishment Dragon

Punishment Dragon, Dragon effect monster, designed by Konami first released in Jun, 2022 in the set Code of the Duelist Special Edition.

A deck focused on milling and graveyard manipulation, such as a Lightsworn or a Gravekeeper deck, would benefit from using Punishment Dragon due to its ability to shuffle cards back into the deck and mill additional cards.
