This card, Planeswalker's Scorn, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy by reducing the power and toughness of their creatures based on the mana value of a revealed card from their hand. While it can be a useful tool for removal, there are potentially more efficient options available in the current Magic: The Gathering card pool, such as Fatal Push or Murder, which offer more consistent and immediate removal at a similar cost. Therefore, Planeswalker's Scorn may not see much play in competitive decks but could still be a fun and flavorful inclusion in casual or themed decks.
