Pendelhaven Elder, Creature — elf shaman, designed by Pete Venters first released in May, 2020 in the set Time Spiral and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck focused on swarming the board with 1/1 creatures, such as a token deck or an elf tribal deck, would benefit from including Pendelhaven Elder as it can provide a significant boost to the team's power and toughness. While there may be better options for creature buffs in certain situations, Pendelhaven Elder's low cost and repeatable effect make it a solid choice for decks looking to go wide and overwhelm the opponent with a horde of small creatures. It should definitely see play in decks that can take advantage of its ability to pump up multiple creatures at once.

Pendelhaven Elder’s ability affects only 1/1 creatures you control at the time it resolves. Creatures you begin to control later in the turn or that become 1/1 later in the turn won’t get +1/+2.
