Ornate Kanzashi, Artifact, designed by Heather Hudson first released in Feb, 2005 in the set Betrayers of Kamigawa.
This Ornate Kanzashi card would be a valuable addition to a control or midrange deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides card advantage by allowing you to potentially play an extra card each turn from your opponent's library. However, in a competitive setting, there are more efficient cards like Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Teferi, Time Raveler that offer similar effects with added versatility or power, making Ornate Kanzashi less likely to see play in top-tier decks.
