A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy and gaining information about their hand would benefit from including Orcish Spy in its lineup. However, there are better options like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek that provide more impactful and immediate benefits in terms of hand disruption. Orcish Spy could see play in more casual or budget decks where its ability to peek at the opponent's library can still be useful, but in competitive settings, it may not be the most optimal choice.
