About Last Laugh
Last Laugh, Enchantment, designed by John Matson first released in Feb, 2002 in the set Torment.
A deck that focuses on sacrificing its own permanents or has ways to repeatedly bring back creatures from the graveyard would benefit from Last Laugh, as it can potentially deal a significant amount of damage to both creatures and players over time. However, there are better options available in terms of efficiency and impact, such as cards like Impact Tremors or Purphoros, God of the Forge, which provide similar effects with lower mana costs and greater potential for damage output. Last Laugh may not see much play in competitive decks due to its high mana cost and the availability of more powerful alternatives.
