Kheru Mind-Eater, Creature — vampire, designed by Igor Kieryluk first released in Nov, 2016 in the set Treasure Chest and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Kheru Mind-Eater would fit well into a control or midrange deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially in a deck that focuses on hand disruption or value generation. Its ability to exile cards from the opponent's hand and potentially allow you to play those cards can be quite powerful, particularly in a slower, more grindy game. However, there are potentially better options for similar effects in the current metagame, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which provide more immediate impact on the opponent's hand and are more efficient. Depending on the specific deck and strategy, Kheru Mind-Eater could see play as a fun and flavorful addition, but might not be the most competitive choice in a more cutthroat environment.

If another player gains control of Kheru Mind-Eater, that player can see all of the exiled cards and may play them. Once a player looks at a face-down exiled card, that player may look at that card any time later in the game.
