While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Hydra Omnivore's ability to deal damage to each opponent simultaneously makes it a strong contender for inclusion in decks looking to close out games efficiently. Its high mana cost may be a drawback in faster formats like Standard, but in slower, more strategic formats, Hydra Omnivore could definitely see play as a powerful threat.
