The Highborn Ghoul would be a great addition to a mono-black aggro deck looking to apply pressure early in the game, as its Intimidate ability can make it difficult for opponents to block effectively. However, there are better options for a similar cost, such as Vampire Lacerator or Carnophage, which offer more aggressive stats or additional abilities. While Highborn Ghoul may not be a top-tier choice, it could still see play in certain budget or themed decks for its flavor and utility in the right strategy.
