A Gruul aggro deck would benefit from using Gruul War Chant, as it enhances the power of attacking creatures and gives them menace, making it harder for opponents to block effectively. However, there are better cards for similar effects, such as Atarka's Command or Collected Company, which offer more versatile and impactful options for a Gruul deck. While Gruul War Chant can be situationally useful, it may not be the optimal choice for competitive play.
