This card would benefit a deck focused on generating large amounts of mana and creating token creatures, such as a ramp or token strategy deck. While Fractal Harness offers the potential for explosive growth with its ability to double +1/+1 counters on the equipped creature, it may be overshadowed by more efficient equipment cards like Sword of Feast and Famine or Sword of Fire and Ice in competitive play due to their additional abilities. However, in a casual or thematic deck centered around fractals and token creatures, Fractal Harness could definitely see play and add a fun twist to gameplay.

To double the number of +1/+1 counters on a permanent, put a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number it already has. Other cards that interact with putting counters on it will interact with this effect accordingly.
