Duh, Instant, designed by Dave Dorman first released in Nov, 2004 in the set Unhinged and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Duh would be particularly beneficial in decks that focus on controlling the board and removing threats, such as Black Control or Midrange decks, where targeting creatures with reminder text is common. However, there are often better options available, such as Murder, which simply destroys any target creature for a similar mana cost without the specific limitation. While Duh could see play in niche scenarios, its restrictive nature makes it less desirable compared to more versatile removal spells, suggesting it may not be a staple in competitive decks.

Look at the actual creature you’re hoping to destroy to see if it has reminder text. Its Oracle text doesn’t matter for this purpose. It also doesn’t matter if another printing of the creature has (or doesn’t have) reminder text.
