About Dream Cicada

Dream Cicada, Insect effect monster, designed by Konami first released in Jul, 2022 in the set No set.

Dream Cicada would be a beneficial addition to an Insect-themed deck, particularly one that focuses on swarming the field with Attack Position Insect monsters to take advantage of its Special Summon ability and battle position manipulation. Decks utilizing cards like Insect Queen or Giant Ballpark could maximize its potential. While there are stronger cards in the current meta, such as Nibiru, the Primal Being or Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring for disruption, Dream Cicada could still see play in casual or themed decks where its unique effects can shine, especially in synergy with other Insect support cards.
