Dakra Mystic, Creature — merfolk wizard, designed by Wesley Burt first released in May, 2014 in the set Journey into Nyx and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This Dakra Mystic card would benefit a control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's strategy by manipulating their library and potentially denying them resources. While it can provide card advantage, there are better options like Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver that offer more versatile and powerful effects in a competitive setting. Dakra Mystic may not see significant play in high-level Magic: the Gathering tournaments due to its relatively limited impact compared to other available options.

You make the decision after all the cards are revealed. If you decide not to put the cards into their owners’ graveyards, the card each player draws will be the revealed card.
