Cover of Winter, Snow enchantment, designed by Wayne Reynolds first released in Jul, 2006 in the set Coldsnap. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on stalling the game and controlling the board, particularly in a white-based control or prison deck. However, there are better options available such as Moat or Ghostly Prison which provide more consistent and powerful effects for a similar mana cost. Cover of Winter may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats due to its reliance on snow mana and the potential for being removed easily, but could be fun to experiment with in casual or themed decks.
