A deck that focuses on control and disruption, such as a stun or lockdown deck, would benefit from using Block Attack as it can help to disrupt your opponent's strategies by changing their monsters from Attack Position to Defense Position. However, there are better cards like Book of Moon or Compulsory Evacuation Device which offer more versatile effects and can be used in a wider range of situations. While Block Attack can be situationally useful, it may not see as much play compared to these more versatile options.
