The Archers of Qarsi card would be beneficial in a green-based control deck that focuses on stalling the game and defending against flying creatures. However, there are better options available such as Thornweald Archer, which also has reach but can deal damage to flying creatures. While Archers of Qarsi may not be the most optimal choice, it could still see play in a budget deck or as a sideboard option against decks with a heavy flying presence.
