Arcane Polarity (2) can be quite useful in a deck that focuses on dealing or mitigating arcane damage, such as in a Runeblade deck. While it does provide some potential benefit, there are likely better cards available that offer more versatile effects or better value for their cost, such as Arcane Shockwave which can deal damage in addition to gaining resources. Overall, Arcane Polarity (2) may not see play in competitive decks but could still have a niche use in certain strategies.
