A deck that focuses on drawing a lot of cards would benefit from using Psychic Corrosion, as it can quickly mill the opponent's deck. However, there are better cards like Sphinx's Tutelage that can mill more cards per draw and are more efficient in achieving the same goal. While Psychic Corrosion can be fun to play with, it may not be the most competitive choice in a deck looking to mill opponents.
