Summary Dismissal, Instant, designed by Igor Kieryluk first released in Jul, 2016 in the set Eldritch Moon Promos and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.
A control deck in Magic: the Gathering would benefit greatly from using Summary Dismissal, as it provides a powerful way to shut down opposing spells and abilities all at once. While there may be other counterspells or removal spells that are more versatile or efficient in certain situations, Summary Dismissal's ability to exile all other spells and counter all abilities can be a game-changing play against combo decks or decks that rely heavily on activated abilities. It should definitely see play in the sideboard of control decks as a versatile answer to a wide range of threats.

Spells that can’t be countered are exiled by Summary Dismissal. They won’t resolve.
