Snarl Song would fit best in a casual or Commander deck that can reliably produce five colors of mana—especially a Simic-based (green-blue) ramp deck splashing additional colors—since Converge rewards you for spending as many different colors as possible; in a dedicated five-color ramp shell, it can make two sizable Fractals (often 4/4s or 5/5s) and gain a solid chunk of life, which synergizes with +1/+1 counter themes and token strategies.
