A deck focused on generating token creatures, such as a Selesnya or Golgari token deck, would benefit from including Saproling Migration. While it provides a decent token generation at a low cost, there are potentially better options like Raise the Alarm or Lingering Souls that offer immediate value without the need for a kicker cost. However, Saproling Migration could still see play in decks looking to maximize token production and synergies with other cards.
