Out of Time would benefit a control or tempo deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's board by temporarily removing their creatures from play. While it can provide a powerful tempo swing, there are better options like Time Walk or Time Warp that offer more immediate and consistent advantages. Out of Time could see situational play in specific metagames where phasing out creatures is particularly effective, but it may not be a staple in most decks.
