A red aggressive burn deck would benefit from including Nebula Dragon, as it provides immediate damage upon entering the battlefield, fits well with the creature's flying ability, and can help close out games quickly. However, there could potentially be better options for a six-mana cost such as cards with more impactful effects or better synergy with the deck's strategy. Whether Nebula Dragon should see play would ultimately depend on the specific build of the deck and the metagame it is being played in.
