This card, Leave in the Dust, would be beneficial in a control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering. It provides a versatile removal option while also replacing itself by drawing a card, maintaining card advantage. However, there are more efficient options like Unsummon or Into the Roil that offer similar effects at a lower cost, making them better choices for competitive play. Leave in the Dust could still see play in more casual or budget decks looking for a flexible removal spell.
