About Leader's Talent

Leader's Talent, Enchantment — class, designed by Manuel Castañón first released in Jan, 2026 in the set Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.

Leader’s Talent fits best in a white-based counters or go-wide aggro deck that consistently attacks and plays many creatures, such as Selesnya +1/+1 counters, Orzhov aristocrats with counters, or mono-white go-wide in Commander, because it rewards attacking, going wide, and scaling into the late game; however, at three mana with additional mana required to level up, it is quite slow for competitive formats, where cards like Intangible Virtue (for tokens), Cathars' Crusade (mass counter growth in Commander), Luminarch Aspirant (repeatable counters without extra mana), or Virtue of Loyalty (stronger anthem plus vigilance and end-step counters) provide more immediate or impactful value, so while it could be a flavorful, grindy inclusion in casual or Commander counters decks, it is unlikely to see serious competitive play unless in a slower, synergy-heavy environment that can fully leverage all three levels.
