Jinxed Ring, Artifact, designed by M. W. Kaluta & DiTerlizzi first released in Mar, 1998 in the set Stronghold and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures for value or has ways to recur creatures from the graveyard would benefit from using Jinxed Ring, as it provides a repeatable source of damage to the opponent. However, there are better options like Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist which provide similar effects without the drawback of dealing damage to you. Overall, Jinxed Ring may not see much play in competitive decks due to its downside, but could be a fun and flavorful inclusion in casual or themed decks.
