Hazmat Suit (Used) would fit well in a black aggressive or midrange deck that focuses on dealing damage quickly while also punishing opponents for interacting with your creatures. The card's ability to grant menace and inflict life loss when touched adds a unique layer of threat, making it particularly effective in a deck that can generate multiple combat scenarios or force opponents to block. However, there are arguably better options such as Grafted Wargear, which provides a similar power boost and evasion without the conditional life loss drawback. While Hazmat Suit has a niche appeal, it may not see widespread play compared to more straightforward and efficient enchantments or equipment in competitive environments.

You can’t physically force another player to touch a card or touch them with the card. Neither one of these will cause the last ability to trigger.
