Halo Hopper would be a great addition to a Selesnya or green-white convoke deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can be cast using the convoke ability to reduce its cost. However, there are potentially better convoke cards like Siege Wurm or Wurmcoil Engine that offer stronger abilities or power/toughness ratios for their cost. While Halo Hopper may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in a casual or budget convoke deck looking to maximize creature synergy and mana efficiency.
