Ghostly Strike can be beneficial in a tempo-oriented Rogue deck that focuses on maintaining board control and cycling through cards quickly. While Ghostly Strike provides a cheap source of damage and card draw with its Combo effect, there are better cards like Backstab or Eviscerate that offer more immediate value and impact on the board. However, Ghostly Strike could still see play in a deck that heavily relies on cheap spells and card draw mechanics to maintain pressure and outvalue opponents.
