A deck that focuses on sending monsters to the graveyard frequently, such as a combo-oriented deck or a deck that utilizes effects that trigger upon monsters being sent to the graveyard, would benefit from using Fatal Abacus. However, there are better options like Macro Cosmos or Dimensional Fissure which can completely banish monsters instead of sending them to the graveyard, preventing opponent's graveyard triggers and having a similar damage-dealing effect. Fatal Abacus could see play in certain niche decks, but overall, more efficient cards are available for graveyard disruption.
