Elenda, the Dusk Rose is a powerful card that would benefit a deck focused on sacrificing creatures to generate value. Decks that revolve around sacrificing creatures for various effects, such as Aristocrats or Sacrifice-based strategies, would greatly benefit from Elenda's ability to grow in power and generate a swarm of lifelink Vampire tokens upon her death. While there may be other strong cards in similar strategies, Elenda's unique ability to scale with sacrificed creatures and create a significant board presence upon her demise makes her a strong contender for inclusion in decks that can support her mana cost.

If Elenda dies at the same time as another creature, both of its triggered abilities trigger. However, the first one won’t do anything since you can’t put a +1/+1 counter on Elenda.

If Elenda would die and it’s your commander in the Commander variant, you may put it into the command zone instead. However, if you save Elenda this way, it doesn’t die and you won’t create any Vampire tokens.
