A deck that focuses on casting a high number of noncreature spells would benefit from including Cunning Breezedancer, as it can quickly grow in power with each spell cast. However, there may be better options available depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as Spell Queller or Geist of Saint Traft in a tempo-oriented deck, or Archangel Avacyn in a control deck. Whether or not Cunning Breezedancer should see play would depend on the overall synergy and power level of the deck it is being considered for.
