This card, Burden of Guilt, would be beneficial in a white control deck that focuses on tapping down opponent's creatures to maintain board control. However, there are better options like Pacifism or Arrest that offer more permanent solutions to dealing with threats. While Burden of Guilt can be situationally useful, it may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited effectiveness compared to other similar cards.
