About Archetype of Courage

Archetype of Courage, Enchantment creature — human soldier, designed by Willian Murai first released in Feb, 2014 in the set Born of the Gods.

This card, Archetype of Courage, would be a great addition to a white weenie aggro deck, providing a significant advantage in combat by granting first strike to your creatures and stripping it from your opponents'. However, in a more control-oriented deck, this card may not be as impactful as it doesn't provide direct removal or card advantage, so it might not see play in those strategies. Other similar cards like Benalish Marshal or Always Watching could also be considered for this type of deck, depending on the specific strategy and synergies you're aiming for.

Conversely, continuous effects generated by static abilities (such as an Aura that granted the appropriate ability) would resume applying if the Archetype left the battlefield.

The Archetype’s second ability applies to each creature controlled by any of your opponents, no matter when it entered the battlefield.
