Aphetto Exterminator, Creature — human wizard, designed by Scott M. Fischer first released in Feb, 2003 in the set Legions and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Aphetto Exterminator could be beneficial in a black-based control deck looking to disrupt the opponent's board by shrinking their creatures. However, there are more efficient removal options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Fatal Push or Murder, which might be more versatile and reliable choices. While Aphetto Exterminator's ability to surprise the opponent with a morph cost can be useful, its effectiveness may be limited in competitive play compared to other removal spells.

The trigger occurs when you use the Morph ability to turn the card face up, or when an effect turns it face up. It will not trigger on being revealed or on leaving the battlefield.
