This card, Welkin Hawk, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on card advantage and deck thinning strategies, as it allows for a continuous loop of searching for and adding more copies of itself to your hand. However, in competitive play, there are likely more efficient cards that offer better value and impact on the game, such as Squadron Hawk, which can fetch multiple copies at once, or more powerful flying creatures with additional abilities.
