About Traitorous Instinct

Traitorous Instinct, Sorcery, designed by Scott Chou first released in Apr, 2010 in the set Rise of the Eldrazi and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.

Traitorous Instinct fits well in aggressive red decks or decks that utilize a strategy of stealing opponents' creatures for a surprise attack, particularly in formats like Commander or Standard. It can be especially effective in decks that focus on dealing damage quickly or leveraging combat tricks, such as those with cards that benefit from attacking with multiple creatures. While there are other cards that offer similar effects, such as Act of Treason or Threaten, which are often cheaper and provide the same effect, Traitorous Instinct's added benefit of untapping the creature can be advantageous in certain situations. Overall, it can see play in specific builds, but it may not be a staple compared to more efficient alternatives.
