While Terminal Agony is a decent removal spell with the added bonus of madness, there are potentially better options like Terminate or Dreadbore that offer more versatility and efficiency in a wider range of situations. However, if the deck is built around synergies with madness and discard, Terminal Agony could definitely see play as a solid inclusion.
