This card, Tangle, would benefit a control deck that aims to stall the game and prevent combat damage while disrupting the opponent's strategy. While Tangle can be useful in certain situations, there are better options like Fog or Constant Mists that offer similar effects with added flexibility or longevity. Tangle could see play in specific metagames where its unique abilities are particularly effective, but in general, there are more versatile options available for decks looking to control combat situations.
