A control deck that focuses on card advantage and manipulation would benefit from using Tamiyo's Epiphany, as it allows for both scrying and drawing cards, helping to dig deeper into the deck for key pieces and maintain a strong hand. While there may be more efficient draw spells available, such as Chemister's Insight for instant speed card draw, Tamiyo's Epiphany could still see play in certain decks that value the scry effect and are willing to pay the extra mana cost for it.
