Stratus Dancer, Creature — djinn monk, designed by Anastasia Ovchinnikova first released in Mar, 2015 in the set Dragons of Tarkir Promos and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on controlling the opponent's spells and tempo would benefit from including Stratus Dancer, as it can disrupt their instant or sorcery spells when turned face up. However, in a competitive setting, there are better options such as Spellstutter Sprite or Vendilion Clique that offer more versatile and impactful abilities. While Stratus Dancer may have situational uses, it may not see much play in top-tier decks due to stronger alternatives available.

Megamorph is a variant of the morph ability. You can find more information on morph on cards with morph from the Khans of Tarkir set.

Turning a face-down creature with megamorph face up and putting a +1/+1 counter on it is a special action. It doesn’t use the stack and can’t be responded to.
