This card, Steam Vines, would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck looking to disrupt the opponent's mana base and deal consistent damage. While it can be a nuisance for the opponent, there are more efficient land destruction cards available such as Molten Rain or Pillage that offer more immediate impact. Steam Vines could see play in specific metagames where land destruction is crucial, but overall it may not be the most optimal choice in most situations.

If there are no other lands to move it to, this card goes to the graveyard as would any Aura that lost the thing it enchants.
