However, for a more competitive option, Dragonlord Dromoka could be a better choice since it also has flying and provides a form of protection by preventing opponents from casting spells on your turn. Scalelord Reckoner could see play in specific dragon-themed decks but may not be a staple given its restrictive mana cost and limited impact compared to other options.
