A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and attacking frequently would benefit from using Rigging Runner, especially in a red-based aggro deck. However, there are potentially better options for a similar role, such as Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear, which offer more consistent value. Raid abilities care only that you attacked with a creature. It doesn’t matter how many creatures you attacked with, or which opponent or planeswalker controlled by an opponent those creatures attacked.
