Press the Advantage would benefit a green aggressive deck that focuses on pumping up its creatures and dealing damage quickly. While it provides a temporary boost and trample, there are better options like Colossal Might or Titanic Growth which offer similar effects at a lower cost. Press the Advantage could see situational play in a deck that needs trample to push through blockers, but overall, there are more efficient options available.

If you cast Press the Advantage with two targets, and only one of them is still a legal target as Press the Advantage resolves, that target will get +2/+2 and gain trample. Press the Advantage will have no effect on the illegal target.
