Prescient Chimera, Creature — chimera, designed by Daarken first released in Sep, 2013 in the set Theros and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
The Prescient Chimera would be a great addition to a blue-based control or tempo deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides card selection and advantage every time an instant or sorcery spell is cast. While it's a solid card, there are potentially better options like Snapcaster Mage or Delver of Secrets in certain deck archetypes. However, the Prescient Chimera could still see play in decks looking to maintain card advantage and control the board through spellcasting.
